HR Recruiter

Education: MBA (HR), BBA, Diploma In HR, Any graduation or Post-graduation in IT or equivalent.

Desired skills: People oriented, excellent communication (Written and Verbal), Empathy, Soft spoken, listening, presentation skills.

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Responsibilities:

  • Design and update job descriptions (as per the requirement)
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media platform, Naukri, LinkedIn etc.)
  • Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Need to take strong follow ups with the candidates 
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs and participate into the meetings 

Requirements and skills:

  • Sound Knowledge on HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment 
  • Sound knowledge on IT field and technologies 
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • Educational Background should be in Human Resource, IT or any equivalent programmes
