Experience: 1-3 years of experience 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and generate new business leads through research, cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach within the IT industry. 
  • Qualifying potential leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process to ensure alignment with company offerings. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking and follow-ups. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies to attract IT-focused clients. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities in the IT sector. 
  • Schedule meetings or demos between qualified leads and the sales team to facilitate the sales process. 
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, progress, and outcomes in the CRM system. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets as set by the management team. 
  • Stay updated on IT industry developments, products, and services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects. 
  • Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and suggest improvements for outreach strategies. 

Desired Skillset: 

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in lead generation, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology sector. 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage prospects effectively. 
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and lead management tools. 
  • Basic understanding of IT products, services, or solutions to identify relevant opportunities. 
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email platforms, and other digital tools for prospecting and outreach. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking leads and maintaining records. 
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. 
  • Adaptability and resilience in handling rejection or challenging conversations with prospects. 
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
