AI/ML Engineer

About This Role

Design and implement machine learning models and AI solutions, optimize algorithms, and integrate intelligent systems into applications. Work on data processing, model training, and deployment to solve real-world challenges using advanced technologies.

Job Specification:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Research and explore new AI/ML techniques and technologies.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient AI/ML infrastructure.
• Train and optimize AI/ML models on large datasets.
• Evaluate and improve the performance of AI/ML models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of AI/ML.

Additional Roles and Competencies:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning).
• Experience with Chatbot applications.
• Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for AI/ML and a desire to make a significant impact.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices.
• Publications or contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
