Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“user,” “you”) and Aipxperts (“Aipxperts,” “we,” “us,” “our”), the developer and operator of the mobile application AnyTranslate: AI-translator (the “App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About the App

AnyTranslate: AI-translator is a mobile application that provides AI-assisted translation features, which may include voice-to-voice translation, text translation, camera/photo translation, an offline phrasebook, and related language tools (“Services”). Features available to you may vary depending on your device, region, app version, and subscription status.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Aipxperts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Aipxperts and its licensors.

4. Account Information

Some features may require you to create or sign in with an account, or may rely on identifiers provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.

5. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and In-App Purchases

  • The App may offer free features as well as paid subscriptions or one-time in-app purchases (“Purchases”) that unlock additional functionality, such as unlimited translations or premium tools.
  • Some subscriptions may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription at the price disclosed to you at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew (weekly, monthly, annually, or as otherwise stated) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • All Purchases are billed and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective payment terms.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings. Aipxperts does not have access to your payment details and cannot process cancellations or refunds directly.

  • Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable. Aipxperts does not independently guarantee refunds.

6. AI-Generated and Machine Translation — No Guarantee of Accuracy

The App uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, and third-party translation and speech-processing technologies to generate translations, transcriptions, and related content. Translations are provided for general communication and convenience purposes only. We do not guarantee that any translation, transcription, or AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or free of errors.

You should not rely on the App for translations involving legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other situations where an inaccurate translation could result in harm, loss, or a materially incorrect decision. In such situations, please use a qualified human translator or professional interpreter.

7. Device Permissions

To provide certain features, the App may request access to your device’s microphone (for voice translation), camera and photo library (for photo/image translation), and other permissions as described in the App’s permission prompts and our Privacy Policy. You may decline these permissions, but doing so may limit the App’s functionality.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by applicable law;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or related systems;
  • use the App to translate, generate, or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable;
  • use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App outside of its intended interface;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its output without our prior written consent.

9. User Content

“User Content” means any text, voice recordings, photos, or images you submit to the App for translation. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Aipxperts and its third-party service providers a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the translation and related Services to you, as further described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and must have the necessary rights to share it.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party service providers (including cloud-based AI and translation engines) to deliver its core functionality, and may contain links to third-party websites or services. Aipxperts is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks (including “AnyTranslate”), and underlying software, is owned by Aipxperts or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app and all services are provided “As is” and “As available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any translation or ai-generated output.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aipxperts and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aipxperts and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

16. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you within the App.

17. Apple App Store and Google Play Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Aipxperts only, not Apple, and Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a different governing law is required by mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence.
