Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation)
We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong automation expertise who can take ownership of test strategy, build scalable automation frameworks, and raise product quality across the board. This role goes well beyond test execution — you will define process, find the gaps, and drive quality through the whole development lifecycle.
This is a full-time role based in our Ahmedabad office, five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain automation frameworks, either from scratch or by improving what already exists
- Write robust, scalable and reusable automated tests across UI, API and integration layers
- Work with developers and product early in the lifecycle to agree the test strategy before code is written
- Keep test coverage high across features and releases
- Carry out API testing with Postman, RestAssured or a comparable tool
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyse results, debug failures and shorten the time it takes to resolve issues
- Mentor junior QA engineers and set the standard for practice within the team
What you will need
- Three to five years in QA, with a strong automation focus
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress or Playwright
- Solid programming and scripting skills in JavaScript, Java or Python
- Practical experience of API testing and automation
- A good grasp of test frameworks, design patterns and where each one applies
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- A working understanding of SDLC, STLC and Agile delivery
- Clear, structured communication, and the confidence to hold a position when it matters
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot, used to genuinely speed up testing rather than as a novelty
What we are actually looking for
- Someone who builds automation systems, not someone who only runs scripts
- The instinct to question a requirement and surface the edge cases early
- A debugging mindset, and real ownership of quality rather than a hand-off attitude
- Judgement about where automation pays and where it does not, instead of automating everything on principle

Business Development Manager
Aipxperts is looking for an experienced, target-driven Business Development Manager. The right person will have a strong track record in IT services business development — bidding portals, lead generation, client communication, and turning opportunities into signed work.
You should be comfortable working to targets, able to hold your nerve under pressure, and able to keep client relationships strong while you do it. This is a full-time role based in our Ahmedabad office, five days a week.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across a range of channels
- Manage and run bidding activity on online bidding portals
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals, quotations and pitches
- Handle client communication over email, calls, meetings and online platforms
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into real opportunities
- Understand what the client actually needs, and work with our technical teams to shape a proposal that fits
- Follow up with prospects and keep the pipeline healthy
- Build long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets
- Track bids, leads, proposals, negotiations and closures
- Research the market to find new opportunities, sectors and prospects
- Negotiate with clients and drive deals to close
- Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups and performance
What you will need
- Five to eight years in business development or IT sales
- Direct experience of bidding and online bidding portals — this one is essential
- Strong working knowledge of bidding platforms and proposal management
- Experience inside an IT company or IT services organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and confident client handling
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- Sound negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Enough understanding of IT services to explain a solution credibly to a client
- Disciplined follow-up and relationship management
- A proven record against monthly and quarterly targets
- The ability to work independently and keep pace in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
