Qiktell is a pay-as-you-go brand messenger built by Aipxperts over roughly four years.
Consumers use a mobile app to find brands and send structured messages, request information, take paid polls, shop and enter competitions. Brands use a web portal to manage profiles across countries, route messages to the right staff, run campaigns and top up a wallet. A superadmin layer sits above both, handling subscribers, per-action pricing and currency.
The problem
Reaching a brand is a strangely bad experience. A consumer with a question hunts for an email address, tries a social DM, or calls a number and waits. On the brand side the mirror image applies: contact arrives through generic inboxes, social channels, call centres and standalone survey tools, unstructured and rarely reaching the department that can answer it. That produces four specific failures:
Messages arrive without structure, so someone has to read and triage every one before anything can happen.
Nothing routes automatically, so the right person hears about it late or not at all.
Consumer research lives in separate survey tools, disconnected from the conversation.
Brands pay for platforms and headcount regardless of how much contact they actually receive.
What we built
The product's core idea is that a message should carry its own destination.
Brand search, a per-brand hub, direct messaging with photo, PDF and audio attachments, information topics, polls, shop links and competitions.
An employee directory per brand with topics mapped to named staff, so messages email the right person.
Consumers earn for completing polls, and brands get structured research inside the same channel as their support conversations.
Multi-country brand profiles, staff management, image and video ads, wallet top-up with auto top-up, and dashboards.
Subscriber management, per-action pricing, foreign exchange handling, and both consumer and brand withdrawals.
JWT with OTP, plus Apple, Google, Facebook and LinkedIn sign-in.
Real-time brand activity surfaced on iOS Live Activity.
Firebase Cloud Messaging and APNs for push, with templated transactional email.
