Marine Management Services is a multi-tenant platform used by a group of boat dealerships across western Canada.
Aipxperts built it over roughly four years. It covers the full dealership loop, from writing a bill of sale through inventory, service work orders, delivery and commissions, and adds an Android time clock application for shop staff.
The problem
A boat dealership is three businesses stacked on each other. There is a sales operation writing deals with trade-ins and finance. There is an inventory operation moving expensive, individually identifiable units. And there is a service shop doing warranty and repair work with parts, technicians and scheduling. Across the group, all three were running on paper and Excel:
Deals, stock and shop work lived in spreadsheets, so no two stores could see each other's position.
Inventory could not be tracked across locations, which for a group that transfers units between stores is a direct commercial cost.
Work orders, parts and technician assignment had no shared system, so shop capacity was invisible until someone phoned to ask.
Nothing connected a sale to the delivery that should follow it.
The multi-tenant requirement made this harder than a single-dealership build. Eight organisations needed to work in one system while keeping their own data separate, and the group needed a view across all of them.
What we built
We modelled the platform as one continuous chain rather than a set of modules that happen to share a login. A deal creates obligations: a unit leaves inventory, a shop job may be raised, a delivery gets scheduled, a commission becomes payable. Building it as a chain means those consequences happen automatically instead of being remembered.
Create, edit and void deals with trade-ins, finance and payment calculation, attachments, and the full print pack including bill of sale, customer agreement form, warranties and insurance waivers.
Add and import units, track them, transfer between stores, and produce stock lists, so the group can see and move inventory across all eight businesses.
Issues, parts, technician assignment, prioritisation, a scheduler, warranty claims, and pre-delivery inspection and specification sheets.

The outcome
The number worth noting is that eight. Getting eight independently run dealerships onto one system is a harder achievement than the feature list suggests, because each had its own way of writing a deal before the platform existed.
